VILICORE GAMES / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

A clear guide to account data, gameplay, optional uploads and team voice.

01Scope and operator

This policy covers the Bullet Control mobile app, web version and game services provided by Vilicore Games. Use the contact details below for privacy questions and data requests.

02Data we process

  • Account: username, account ID, password hash, registration and last login time. Passwords are not stored in plain text. The current registration flow does not request an email address.
  • Gameplay: team, room and map information, match results, scores, kills, deaths, MVPs, bomb plants and defuses, play time and related performance statistics. Online matches transmit movement, position and shooting information to synchronize gameplay with other players.
  • Optional uploads: your profile photo and custom MVP music, including the music file name, type and duration. Photos are limited to 2 MB; music to 5 MB and 10 seconds.
  • Connection and security: IP address, request time, connection and error information may be processed to operate the service and prevent abuse. Hosting infrastructure may keep technical access logs.
  • On-device information: session tokens, game settings and inventory preferences may be stored on your device. The web version uses browser local storage; the mobile version uses operating-system secure storage facilities.

03Why we use data

To create accounts and authenticate users, match players and synchronize games, save scores and statistics, apply profile and music preferences, provide support and prevent abuse. Data required to deliver the service is processed for that service relationship; operational and security data supports service reliability. Optional features are used when you choose them, and device access requiring permission uses operating-system permission prompts.

04What other players can see

Your username, in-match team and score, profile photo and public player statistics can be visible to others. Your selected music may play to players in the match when you become MVP. Uploaded photos and music can also be accessed by anyone who has the file URL. Do not include private or sensitive information in these uploads.

05Microphone, photos and files

Push-to-talk team communication requests microphone permission. While you speak, your audio is relayed through the server to teammates; the current game server does not store these conversations as permanent audio recordings. We cannot control recordings made by other players on their devices. Only the photo or music file you select is uploaded, not your entire library. You can revoke permissions in device settings, remove your profile photo and switch to the default music kit. Switching to default music does not itself delete a previous upload; contact us to request deletion.

06Sharing and service providers

Hosting, server, network and database providers may access technical data required to operate the service. Information needed for online gameplay and team voice is transmitted to the relevant players. Data may be disclosed to authorities when legally required or necessary to protect service security. The current game does not use advertising networks, advertising-identifier tracking or third-party marketing analytics. We do not provide a feature based on selling personal data. This web page may request fonts from Google Fonts, which can disclose your IP address and browser information to Google. Depending on infrastructure locations, data may be processed outside your country.

07Retention and deletion

Account data, statistics and uploaded content are retained to maintain your account and chosen features. Temporary match state supports active sessions; account-linked results and statistics may be saved persistently. Technical and security records are retained for as long as needed for operations and security. You can request deletion of your account and associated data using the contact details below; account ownership may need to be verified. Records required for legal obligations or disputes and backup copies may remain until the applicable need or backup lifecycle ends. Removing a profile photo in the app deletes the active photo record. Uninstalling the app does not delete your server-side account.

08Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing or restriction of processing. You can disable optional features and revoke device permissions in settings. Include your username and requested action when contacting us; never send your password. We request only information needed to verify account ownership. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

09Security

Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes; account and content changes require session authentication. The production web service uses HTTPS. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share your password or place sensitive information in your public profile.

10Children’s privacy

Bullet Control is not a service intended to collect personal data from children. If you are below the age required to authorize data processing independently in your location, involve your parent or legal guardian. Contact us for review and deletion if you believe a child submitted data without appropriate authorization.

11Changes to this policy

We update this policy and its date when features or data practices change. Where appropriate, material changes are announced through the app or website.
